To our knowledge, this first comprehensive analysis specific to population. there are no recent meta-analyses or reviews literature. Outside intermittent case reports and retrospective prospective studies, frequently cited data topic remain sparse outdated. We identified 9.7% overall complication rate, which significantly higher than rates reported by prior particularly those including mixed cohorts children adults. This rate likely due variety factors, differences monitoring reporting between as well potential risk adult subjects. These results underscore need more standardized attributed placement. Additional larger studies safety needed, primary evidence prevalence incidence these avoid overreliance upon historical bias.
